Birding at Hyatt Hidden Lakes Reserve

Wood Duck. Photo by Dondi Black.

We will explore the birds at Hyatt Hidden Lakes Reserve, which is usually a great place for birding! This is a trip that is great for all birders, including beginning birders. We should be able to see a number of waterfowl and other types of birds who have made their home near the water, such as Red-winged Blackbirds and Song Sparrows.

We will plan on walking up to 2 miles around the reserve. The trail consists of gravel or dirt paths and may include some uphill and downhill walking as well.

Pre-registration is required.
