Winter is a difficult time for birding by ear. Birds are less vocal and harder to find. If you are up for the challenge, please join us as we focus on the vocalizations of our winter residents.

Please join Golden Eagle Audubon as we walk through Hulls Gulch Reserve listening for our winter residents. Specific route will depend on trail conditions but could include stairs and steep, narrow trails. Be prepared to hike up to 2 miles. Expect to hear song sparrows, juncos, chickadees, goldfinches, kestrels, flickers, white-crowned sparrows and more!

Registration is required and is limited to current members. Join or renew your membership here.
