12 Years of Goshawk Research

Join us for our February program "Twelve Years of Northern Goshawk Research" with guest speaker Rob Miller. Rob works as a Research Biologist with the Intermountain Bird Observatory He currently leads research projects on a wide variety of species, mostly raptors, across three continents, engaging professional biologists, students, and community-scientist volunteers. Rob will provide an overview of the species, discuss the success and challenges of studying this secretive and aggressive raptor, summarize the key finding of his research, and discuss the ongoing conservation challenges. Bring your questions!

This is a free public program. February 21 at 6:30 pm at the Boise Watershed, 11818 W Joplin Rd, Boise.
